La Spezia Port Authority and I.T.N. Industrie Turistiche Nautiche S.p.A.
The sixty years concession has been signed
On December 30th 2009, the formal act has been signed and La Spezia Port Authority has given in concession to I.T.N. a total surface of 208.400 sqm for the Mirabello Pier.
I.T.N. has invested 120 million Euros for the realization of one of the most important marinas in Italy, which will be able to host 400 boats from 12 to over 70 metres, a 25 metres swimming pool, a fitness centre, 60 shops, one heliport, two petrol stations, 1300 parking places, 280 car garages, bars, restaurants and a bank working also on Saturdays.
I.T.N. is going to pay an annual fee to the port Authority of 487.000 Euros per year.
