Miami Sea Trade. Big success of the project for the new waterfront and the cruise terminal

La Spezia Port Authority took part in the Seatrade Cruise Shipping Miami 2010, the most important international show of this sector.

La Spezia Port Authority’s president, Mr. Lorenzo Forcieri, and the Architect Josè Maria Tomas Llavador presented to international press agents, selected guests and cruise operators the projects for the new waterfront and the cruise terminal.

“It is a very innovative project”, said architect Llavador, “which aims to perfectly integrate the urban area with the new waterfront. Port Authority and town’s administration appreciated our project because they acknowledged its cultural and economic value”.

“This is the sign we’re turning over a new leaf”, said president Forcieri, “I’m very happy that both the new waterfront’s and the cruise terminal’s projects have met  with outstanding success. Various cruise operators are interested in investing in the terminal as well, because they’re sure our territory has high cruise tourist potential”.
