Mirabello Marina

The project has to be considered  as a part of the complex waterfront re-qualification plan.

Nautical Mirabello District is located inside the urban centre sheet of water and is going to become a berth for pleasure boats.

The project of the new Tourist Port includes various nautical services: accommodation facilities, major and minor shipbuilding industry and spaces for sport connected activities.

This marina will offer 380 medium-big boat berths and more than 1.500 small boat berths.

In addition to this, the project includes the realization of a hotel and a residence ( for a total surface of more than 8.780 sqm), a commercial area with bars, restaurants, shops and fitness club (for a 7.013 sqm surface) and other tertiary services (1.860 sqm).
